Job summary:
Responsible for mandatory, strategic, and technical programs for employee. Maintains and updates the development plans and training records and documents.
Job requirement:
  • 25 - 30 years old Bachelor degree in Psychology/Human Resources/Management; master degree would be an advantage
  • At least 2 years experience in training and development or human resources area.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint Good presentation skills.
  • Good communication skills in English
