    Job summary:
    Responsible for mandatory, strategic, and technical programs for employee. Maintains and updates the development plans and training records and documents.
     
    Job requirement:
    • 25 - 30 years old Bachelor degree in Psychology/Human Resources/Management; master degree would be an advantage
    • At least 2 years experience in training and development or human resources area.
    • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint Good presentation skills.
    • Good communication skills in English

    Pros

    Suasana kerja yang sangat kondusif dan karyawan yang saling mendukung satu sama lain. Jam kerja juga tidak melebihi batasnya sehingga bisa pulang on time.

    Cons

    Budaya perusahaan tidak memperbolehkan kaum muslimah untuk memakai hijab di area kantor. Selain itu, belum ada kekurangan yang terlalu berarti.
