    Requirements:
    • Minimum 1 year sales experience or relevant role; having experience working in IT company will be advantage
    • Proficiency in Bahasa and English
    • Good knowledge of MS Office
    • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
    • Passion for sales
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
    • Minimum Diploma degree
    Responsibilities:
    • To learn the full range of company’s technology, products, and services and is able to identify how these products and services align to customer/partner needs.
    • To sell products/services (a broad range of non-enterprise level hardware products and services) to medium businesses or consumer accounts.
    • To build account relationships with smaller customers/partners typically within a single industry.
    • To involve occasionally in outside sales with advanced Inside Sales support.
    • To cooperate and collaborate with colleagues, cross-functionally, to support the sales process
    • To learn company’s technology, products, and services in order to identify how these products and services align to customer/partner needs.
    • To understand the administrative and operational requirements of the job.
    • To demonstrate good judgment in analysing information to make routine decisions.

    Pros
    • Lingkungan yang mendukung dalam kerja sama tim maupun individu dengan rekan kerja yang pengertian dan nyaman tidak menjatuhkan antara satu dengan yang lain.
    • Berbagai macam tunjangan untuk karyawan diberikan kepada karyawan dan lengkap misalnya tunjangan kesehatan, tunjangan makan, dan tunjagan untuk dinas luar kota.
    Cons
    • Diskripsi tugas karyawan yang tidak jelas layaknya pekerjaan yang serabutan dan kurang terarah dari manajemen perusahaan yang kurang rapi dan teratur.
    • Kadang pemotongan gaji yang tidak seimbang dari atasan karena alasan tertentu dan alasan yang kurang jelas sehingga banyak karywawan yang protes.
