    Managerial Responsibilities

    • Develop, lead and execute budget & cost  strategies to the client
    • Develop profitable purchasing strategies for Project

    Operational Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial  forecasts and report variances from the Project with QS and Director
    • Prepare and publish timely Project financial  statements
    • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting ( with QS, Purchasing & Project Coordinator )
    • Support month-end and Project-end close process
    • Ensure quality  control over financial  transactions and Project Finance
    • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen Project internal controls
    • Ensure clear  requirements documentation
    • Assemble and summarise data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
    • Maintain the financial  health of the Organisation and Projects
    • Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
    • Prepare and submit detailed reports (revenues, buying expenditures etc.)
    • Keep updated records
