    Responsibilities:

    • Assist/ support other department – mainly for Sales & Marketing for concept/making design (2D/3D) and any other visual matters (Vid/Html..etc) including file handling and documentation.
    • The major areas directed are: Corporate/brand identity; Design concept, Design planning, Design development, Design output; Media handling, BTL-ATL; Product Development; Company documentation and Company event.
    • To make sure all Graphic Design activities was run efficient and effectively
    • Manage quality and consistency of design outcomes across and within different design media application
    • Develop/improve new methods of previous concept /ID/, create new solutions and to differentiate from competitor's

    Requirement :

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication Design/ Product Design
    • Excellent communication skills and Fluent in English – both oral & written
    • Minimum Experience 3 years in similar position or any Design field related
    • Design software skill is a must both vector & bitmap. 3D would be advantage.
    • Able to make concept, develop and execute the projects, input to output.
    • Able to work under pressure generated from deadlines.
    • Able to work well in teams as well as individual.
    • Have Leadership & Problem solving skills
    • Hardworking, highly disciplined, reliable

    Pros
    • Tunjangan yang sangat layak diberikan karyawan serta mess yang sangat menunjang untuk karyawan sehingga karyawan akan nyaman di lingkungan perusahaan.
    • Perusahaan yang menampung aspirasi karyawan dan keluhan karyawan sehingga terjalinlah komunikasi yang baik dan lancar guna menunjang kinerja karyawan di perusahaan.
    Cons
    • Sulit untuk mengembangkan diri dimana jenjang karier yang tidak dapat dijanjikan dan job desk yang kurang jelas sehingga karyawan akan kesulitan.
    • Beban kerja yang tinggi dan tanggung jawab yang banyak untuk karyawan sehingga karyawan kebanyakan tertekan untuk bekerja di kantor dengan gaji yang tidak sepadan.
