    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    This position is responsible for delivering sales targets from bancassurance channel of bank partner branches. The position are also responsible to:
    • Manage selling of Commlife products – manage and close opportunities with appropriate authorization to achieve or exceed financial targets
    • Perform daily visits to potential customers to offer product based on customers needs and customers profile
    • Take a lead role in advising, preparing and presenting proposals to new prospects to ensure Commlife standards are followed and to ensure the opportunity is maximised to the full potential
    • Identify new business opportunities with existing customers by reviewing customer’s portfolio
    • Hungry for achievements whilst maintaining good working relationships with customers
    • Come across as creative in driving solution selling skills with account management and a hunter mentality
     
    The incumbent needed to meet any requirements below:
    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree, in any field
    • At least 2 years of working experience in in Wealth Management (Relationship Manager Bank or Senior Sales Insurance)
    • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
    • Possess communication skill and Ms. Office skill (Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Excel)
    • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin speaking would be an advantage
    • Good sales presentation & negotiation skills
    • Good communication skills, self motivated, mature, well-organized & creative in problem solving

    Kesimpulan Review

    Pros
    • Gaji yang diterima karyawan tetap walaupun penjualan menurun serta budaya perusahaan yang bagus, ramah dan kekeluarahaan sehingga memberikan kesan nyaman untuk karyawan.
    • Tunjangan kesehatan yang sudah layak bahkan karyawan yang memiliki status kontrak sekalipun juga diperhatikan oleh perusahaan sehingga kenyamanan sangat terjalin.
    Cons
    • Tidak adanya asuransi kesehatan untuk karyawan sales dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya sehingga kesejahteraan karyawan tidak terjamin oleh perusahaan dan tekanan kerja yang lumayan tinggi.
    • Atasan yang kurang ramah kepada karyawan bawahan dan kurang komunikasi untuk karyawan sehingga karyawan serasa diasingkan dan terintimidasi oleh atasan.
