- Ensure achievement of sales target
- Maintain good relationship with Bank partner.
- Coach & Train Bank Personnel to sell insurance products. This includes training on sales skill, motivation and others.
- Create daily, weekly & monthly production and activity report
- Work closely with internal Region Head and Branches for sales strategy to generate leads and close the business and provide product training as well as join visit.
- Manage, monitor, & coach Bancassurance Sales team to ensure high level of performance.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Bancassurance In-Branch Sales for Insurance
- Fast Learner
- Proficiency in English & MS Office
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
