DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Ensure achievement of sales target
  • Maintain good relationship with Bank partner.
  • Coach & Train Bank Personnel to sell insurance products.  This includes training on sales skill, motivation and others.
  • Create daily, weekly & monthly production and activity report
  • Work closely with internal Region Head and Branches for sales strategy to generate leads and close the business and provide product training as well as join visit.
  • Manage, monitor, & coach Bancassurance Sales team to ensure high level of performance.
 
Qualification:
 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Bancassurance In-Branch Sales for Insurance
  • Fast Learner
  • Proficiency in English & MS Office
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
