- Create, organize, monitor, review and evaluate the internal IT Services commitment is written on the OLA documents.
- Create, organize, monitor, review and evaluate commitment of IT Services to Business Unit is written on the SLA documents.
- Provide performance report to management and related party.
- Gathering data, compiling and distribute the management report to related party.
- Minimum S1 from Computer Science / Mathematic / Statistic
- At least 2 years of relevant IT experience in banking
- Good knowledge of ITIL Service Management Framework
- Understand general IT environment (network & system architecture)
- Certification in 1st Level of Risk Management is preferable
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English communication and familiar with Microsoft office including word, excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft project
