    Overview:

    Manages various areas of responsibility within the operation; specifically Inventory, Kitchen Safety, Sanitation, Cleanliness, and Food Preparation. Assists General Manager to ensure operations run efficiently and according to company policy and standards. Ensures vendors and suppliers are properly compensated and are meeting the needs of the business. Assists General Manager in the selection of hourly employees. Supports the training and development of restaurant employees. Manages performance of all hourly employees, with an emphasis on heart of the house employees, to ensure they are successful in their individual roles. Responsible for assisting in the completion of general business administration to include payroll, human resources, marketing and financial reporting. Promotes the business, builds sales, increases profits, ensure guest satisfaction, and brand integrity.     Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

    • Good knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
    • General knowledge in full service restaurant operations/ hospitality industry

    • Intermediate mathematical computations skills
    • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
    • Ability to build relationships at all levels

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma/GED
    • 10+ years Full Service Restaurant Exp. in a complex, fast-paced environment
    • Successfully completed Food Safety/Sanitation Training
