    • Managing sales process and activities, including overseeing the retail store, channel sales activities and Business to Business opportunities.
    • Attending to customers’ and dealers’ sales/aftersales inquiries and feedback.
    • Supervising the sales team to achieve all revenue targets and objectives.
    • Promoting and achieving satisfactory level of sales through excellent customer service, good product knowledge, honesty and integrity.
    • Developing and maintaining successful business relationships with all customers and dealers.
    • Keeping yourself well-informed about market trends and competitor products.
    • Working closely with the marketing team to produce any sales collateral required for the target market.
    • Assist to improve business processes, service standards and displays in all channel locations.
    • Planning and organizing the day to ensure all opportunities are maximized.
    • Providing the sales target achievement report every month.
    • A Bachelor Degree or Diploma with any major.
    • A minimum of 3 (three) years experiences in Audio/Hi-Fi industry (will be an advantage) and an excellent network of contacts are required to succeed in this position.
    • Fluency in English will be an advantage.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong ability to deal with people from all levels in professional ways.
    • Having a good knowledge in Sales & Marketing strategy and analysis.
    • Ability to plan ahead under constraints of time tables.
    • Independent, Dynamic, Confident, Responsible and Good follow-up skills.
    • Self-motivated and have an analytical/problem solving capabilities.
    • Can-do Positive Attitude.
    • Ready to work under pressure and target oriented
    • Excellent in Microsoft Office (word, excel & power point), emailing and internet.
