    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    Roles:
    • Supervising Operational Network Building issues, including alarm handling, routine maintenance, resources supervision, budget planning & spending, etc.
    • Coordinating all network related issues & incidents in the Kalimantan Region to ensure service delivered to the customers, including to manage projects-related activities in the region
    • Coordinating with VIP & Regular Customers Complaint Handling related with Network Quality and support on such marketing events, including Regular Drive Tests performed by Managed Service Partner.
    • Close coordination with Sales Regional Team to align Regional Business strategy with network quality and availability in the clusters
    • Conducting & coordinating site audit activities performed by self & also Managed Service Partner to be submitted to Service Management Audit team.
    • Coordinating all network related issues & incidents in the Kalimantan Region to ensure service delivered to the customers, including to manage projects-related activities in the region
    Requirements:
    • Min. 3 years of primarily Telco experience in Network Operation/network development/network performance, min 1 years of Senior Engineer role preferred.
    • Basic knowledge of GSM/UMTS Network
    • Understanding of Network Operations aspects.
    • Familiar with Managed Service concept.
    • Good knowledge on Network Infrastructure (power, civil, etc.).
    • Basic knowledge on Network Optimization procedures.
    • Attention to details
    • Audit competency on the field work
    • Able to work under pressure
    • Good interpersonal skill
    • Have a good reporting skill

    • Perusahaan memberikan banyak pelatihan yang bisa meningkatkan skill yang kita miliki. XL Apprentice juga memberikan program add skill setiap tiga bulan sekali.
    • It's really fun working in this company. You have many chances to know a lot of people. The environment also helps you to learn many things.
    Cons
    • Untuk karyawan baru, harus magang dulu sekitar satu tahun, setelah itu belum tentu diangkat menjadi karyawan tetap. Selain itu, persaingan antar karyawan cukup ketat.
    • Slow career especially for expatriate. High speed deadline. Too much stress. No work life balance in this company.
