RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Location : DKI Jakarta
Minimum Education : High School Diploma and Above

Job Descriptions:

  • Supervises and motivates employees to perform duties to consistently high standards.Maintain high productivity and moral of restaurant and bar service staff
  • Maintain high level of personal service to guests
  • Prepares requisitions for General Store items for area of responsibility and maintains stock at cost efficient level
  • Performs duties of Host / Hostess
  • Check work performance / standards in the restaurant
  • Have thorough knowledge of Menu, Wine list, Special Promotion Menu and etc
  • Present menu and make recommendations for food and beverage
  • Ensure food is service promptly
  • Record daily food and beverage sales
  • Prepare all restaurant mise-en-plus
  • Assists in developing employees through effective guidance, coaching and training
  • Maintains discipline of personnel in accordance with Company policy
  • Reports all matters to Restaurant Manager
  • Assists with briefing for each shift with the service team communication meetings
  • Keep informed about all activities, facilities and the activities of the other outlets within the group, communicating to the team
  • Maintain good communication with kitchen and other departments, liaising for special party’s / events projects
  • Abides by all rules, regulations, Policy and Procedures of the Company.
  • Maintain and establishes good rapport with customers, reporting comments and ideas to Restaurant Manager
  • Submit ideas for food and beverage promotions to the Restaurant Manager
  • Ensure all opening and closing line checks are follow accordingly by all staff
  • Assisting the Restaurant Manager in administrative task
  • Perform any duties assigned by the management

Requirements:

  • Maximum age 35 years old
  • Experienced in the field at least 3 years and above
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Accountable and resilient
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in handling administration and paperwork
  • Willing to work on weekends, public holiday and overtime
  • Computer literate
