Minimum Education : High School Diploma and Above

Job Descriptions:

  • To prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
  • To interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • To engage in beverage preparation and service delivery as per the predetermined standards and sequence
  • To have thorough knowledge of the beverage and food list and to be able to respond to customer inquiries
  • Attend to customer needs and maintain good customer relations
  • Assist in the smooth operations of the restaurant
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar
  • Preparing bar report such as daily or monthly bar inventory, bar line check and bar purchase request
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
  • To carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned


  • Male
  • Maximum age 28 years old
  • Experienced in the field at least 1 years and above
  • Good communication skill to internal and external customers
  • Must be on feet for most of the working hours and able to adapt to a fast pace environment
  • Accountable and resilient
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in handling administration and paperwork
  • Willing to work on weekends, public holiday and overtime
  • Pleasant, neat and presentable at all times
