Requirements :
 
  • Usia (25 - 45 tahun)
  • D2- D3 PRODUCTION
  • Pengalaman di industri catering (on/off shore) / hotel bintang 4 : 4 tahun
  • HACCP SERTIFIKAT
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 4 TAHUN
  • TOEFL  - SCORE 470

Pros

Pekerjaan cukup nyaman. Hubungan dengan sesama anggota karyawan baik. Tim kerja divisi juga cukup kompak dan banyak pengalaman yang dapat diambil.

Cons

Sistem kerja yang masih kurang baik sehingga kadang menghambat pekerjaan. Komunikasi antar divisi juga masih perlu ditingkatkan lagi agar mengurangi peluang miss-communication.
