    Responsibilities :

    • Screening phone calls and dealing with enquiries where appropriate
    • Making appointments and planning daily schedule
    • Organizing and attending meetings; take minutes of meeting and prepare action plans
    • Replying to emails, faxes and inquiries
    • Making travel arrangements and accommodation
    • Organizing and maintaining office systems & filling
    • Completing task given by the director
    • Handling all the necessity for completing the job
    • Coordinate with all the related departments to finish the project

    Requirements :

    • Able to work independently and in a team
    • Able supervise and communicate well with others
    • Female maximal 35 years old
    • Good oral and written communication skills English & Mandarin
    • Aptitude for working with computers
    • Excellent organization skills with good personality
    • Have experience in this position minim 5 years
