    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products
    • Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
    • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
    • Servicing the needs of your existing customers
    • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
    • Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
    • Recruiting and training sales staff
    • Allocating areas to sales representatives
    • Developing sales strategies and setting targets
    • Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
    • Compiling and analyzing sales figures
    • Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
    • Collecting customer feedback and market research
    • Reporting to senior managers
    • Keeping up to date with products and competitor Skills and Specifications
    • Sales Manager must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • He must be persuasive, firm, well-mannered and a good negotiator
    • They must work in a team and be confident
    • One has to be in the field for sales so he must be hardworking
    • He / She must be sensitive to the customers’ needs and requirements
    • He / She must be competitive and driven

    Education and Qualifications

    • One can go for a bachelor’s degree in Food & Technology, commerce with courses in accounting or sales and marketing
    • Have experience in sales food ingredient and chemical minimum 3 years
    • Age around 28 year old – 35 year old
