Responsibilities :

  • Handling documentation and follow up with order
  • Transfer PIB / PEB
  • PPJK Certificated up date on rules &  regulation on periodically custom requirement
  • Follow up the Importation Clearing from Indonesian customs to Forwarding agents.
  • Performing export & import daily Administration
  • Monitoring documentation & update clearance on daily basis
  • Monitoring field staff to perform clearance & handling  of shipment

Qualification :

  • Bachelor degree required
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
  • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
  • Age 25 – 30 years old
