Minimum Education : High School Diploma and Above

Job Descriptions:

  • To cut, portion and prepare stocks, sauces and daily garnishes with assistance of Cooks
  • To prepare complete mise-en-place on daily basis and also for the following day, according to given instructions
  • To ensure total cleanliness in the sections kitchen
    To practice and enforce the system of “First In and First Out” (FIFO) when storing food products
  • Label and stock all ingredients on shelves to be well-organized and easily accessible
  • Undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces, parboiling food and etc
  • Prepare simples dishes such as salads, entrée or as instructed by the Head Chef
  • Ensure proper storage of food according to hygiene standards
  • Cleans and sanitizes the working surfaces, tools, utensils and working area
  • Adherence of set guidelines of personal hygiene, discipline and kitchen order
  • Vacuums dining area and washes the kitchen floor before closing
  • Assist in any duties assigned


  • Male
  • Maximum age 28 years old
  • Experienced in the field at least 1 years and above
  • Good communication skill to internal and external customers
  • Must be on feet for most of the working hours and able to adapt to a fast pace environment
  • Accountable and resilient
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in handling administration and paperwork
  • Willing to work on weekends, public holiday and overtime
  • Pleasant, neat and presentable at all times
