  • Focus on Standard Operations Procedures
  • Liasing with coach operators, ticketing & hotels, local operators, and internal parties
  • Providing brochures and internet bassed information
  • Handling preparation for operational team (ticket, documents, hotel, transportation, etc)
  • Handling Booking and Invoicing.
  • Bookeeping and financial reports
  • Preparing documents as facts
  • Collecting, evaluating and responding (as approriate) to customer feedback
Requirements :
  • A Demonstrable interest in travel
  • English speaking & writing skill is a must
  • Excellent in Computer Office Program (Words, Excel, Ppt)
  • Social Media & Commercial Awareness
  • Excellent interpesonal skills, reliable and positive person
  • Good in Communication, Organizational, and Customer Services Skills
  • An Imaginative and strategic thinker
