    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    Responsibilities :
     
    The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing claims and billings of medical and surgical. These responsibilities including but not limited to:
    • Giving recommendation about appropriate payments of necessary care and appropriateness of stay as necessary
    • Evaluating claims referred by our Third Party Administrator ( TPA ) and make recommendation for follow-up, further investigation or documentation as necessary
    • Performing quality control for cashless claims (claim analysis and correspondence – reject claims)
    • Handling complaints that related to claims and medical/surgical billings
    • Maintaining relationship with Third Party Administrator (TPA)
    • Performing administrative support tasks for TPA
    • Ensuring the claim processed based on the term and regulation stated in the policy wording, also the claim paid based on plan
     
    Requirements :
     
    The successful candidates should at least have minimum requirements as follow:
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Nursing or Medical studies
    • At least 5 (five) years experiences in related area
    • Having experience in Insurance or Medical area
    • Showing accuracy with ability to work under pressure
    • Good communication and interpersonal skill
    • Good analytical thinking and achievement oriented
    • Able to work in a team or independently

    Kesimpulan Review

    Pros
    • Gaji yang diterima karyawan tetap walaupun penjualan menurun serta budaya perusahaan yang bagus, ramah dan kekeluarahaan sehingga memberikan kesan nyaman untuk karyawan.
    • Tunjangan kesehatan yang sudah layak bahkan karyawan yang memiliki status kontrak sekalipun juga diperhatikan oleh perusahaan sehingga kenyamanan sangat terjalin.
    Cons
    • Tidak adanya asuransi kesehatan untuk karyawan sales dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya sehingga kesejahteraan karyawan tidak terjamin oleh perusahaan dan tekanan kerja yang lumayan tinggi.
    • Atasan yang kurang ramah kepada karyawan bawahan dan kurang komunikasi untuk karyawan sehingga karyawan serasa diasingkan dan terintimidasi oleh atasan.
