    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    Responsibilities:
     
    The incumbent will be responsible for assisting Corporate Branding & Promotion Specialist in organizing activities of Agency Channel related to Corporate Branding & Promotion. This activity including but not limited to :
    • Handle all Above The Line (ATL) activities related to Agency, e.g. print ad, commercial radio, and billboard/signboard at Sales Office.
    • Handle all Below The Line (BTL) activities related to Agency (such as gathering event, exhibition, sponsorship, partnership), all corporate promotional activities held at Sales Office ( including EBD (Executive Business Dinner) and non-EBD activities ).
    • Handle procurement of promotional items, either re-order and new order, and make sure the items are available on the desired quality and quantity of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) agreed.
    • Handle corporate CSR activities and financial literacy programs.
     
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor Degree from any major.
    • At least 3 (three) years experience in related roles.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, communicative, dynamic, and open minded person. Enjoy a collaborative and constructive relation  with various people, as well as passionate to deliver the best services to people.
    • Creative, resourceful, and willing to travel outside Jakarta.Proven ability to effectively communicate cross functionally within company, customer & partner.
    • Fluent in English for both written as well as oral
    • Excellent skills on Ms Office tools

    Kesimpulan Review

    Pros
    • Gaji yang diterima karyawan tetap walaupun penjualan menurun serta budaya perusahaan yang bagus, ramah dan kekeluarahaan sehingga memberikan kesan nyaman untuk karyawan.
    • Tunjangan kesehatan yang sudah layak bahkan karyawan yang memiliki status kontrak sekalipun juga diperhatikan oleh perusahaan sehingga kenyamanan sangat terjalin.
    Cons
    • Tidak adanya asuransi kesehatan untuk karyawan sales dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya sehingga kesejahteraan karyawan tidak terjamin oleh perusahaan dan tekanan kerja yang lumayan tinggi.
    • Atasan yang kurang ramah kepada karyawan bawahan dan kurang komunikasi untuk karyawan sehingga karyawan serasa diasingkan dan terintimidasi oleh atasan.
