- Manage office files
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Provide administrative support regrading to undergoing documents
- Organize and coordinate meeting, conference, and travel arrangements
- Preparing and Distributing minutes of meeting to related parties
- Prepare monthly report for petty cash and other claim (mobile phone, internet, water and electrical expenses).
- Being personal assistant to Owner (managing schedule, passpor/ visa's things, property rental, etc)
- Age 30 - 45 years old, Female
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, secretary field
- Good in English, Speaking and Writting
- Familiar with computer literate
- Has extensive experience minimal 3 - 5 years in the same position
- Nice personality dan good looking
- Applicant must be willing to work in Balaraja Timur, Tanggerang
- Karawaci, BSD, around Tanggerang domisili is preffered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good to work in fast pace enviroment and willing to commit to work
- Proficient in Ms. Office
- Able to work under pressure, individually or in a teamwork
- Possess Indonesia class A license (civilian 4 wheel vehicle)
