Sales Executive



    • Able to find sales leads and close deals
    • Establish new customers and maintain relationship with existing customers
    • Continuously identify, develop, and explore business opportunities with all customers to achieve continuous

    • To develop/maintain intimacy with clients and understand their profile needs and wants now and in future
    • To regularly update sales opportunities progress status
    • To create attractive proposals/quotations
    • To satisfactorily achieve sales and business targets
    • To regularly upgrade personal and selling skills
    • Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner
    • organizations
    • Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
    • Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist
    • publications - or on the radio, depending on the organization and the campaign
    • Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters
    • and DVDs
    • Writing and proofreading copy
    • Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
    • Maintaining and updating customer databases
    • Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
    • Sourcing and securing sponsorship
    • Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
    • Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies
    • Managing budgets
    • Evaluating marketing campaigns
    • Monitoring competitor activity
    • Meet the sales target supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues
    Requirements :
    • Maximum 30 years old
    • Having experience in IT sales field at least 1 year
    • Willing to work hard, honest and strong self-initiative
    • Able to work individually or in a team
    • Energetic, honest, initiative, positive attitude
    • Excellent attention to detail HONEST is a must
    • Responsible, mature, well organized and self-motivated
    • Respect others
    • Willing to do labor work and have a helpful attitude
    • Confident and outgoing personality
    • Able to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadline
    • Able to work under minimum supervisory
    • Familiar with working with a set target and challenges
    • Having good interpersonal skill to be able to communicate with clients and partners
    • Having a broad range network, relatives, and connections of companies, businesses, and great people
    • Bachelor’s degree (S1) from marketing, computer science, IT, or related major from reputable university
    • Successful sales experience and close client relationship in Banking/Manufacturing/Telco/Properties Building
    • (ME Consultant/Contractors)/Plantation/Government/Oil & Gas Segments
    • Proven achievement of sales and business targets
    • Fluent in English is a plus point
    • Excellent command of written and speaking with good pronounce
    • Experienced use of Microsoft Office
    • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and in communication, negotiations, analytical & conceptual skills
    • Experience: Minimal 1 year (IT field related)
