Small Medium Enterprise (SME) Relationship Manager

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Job Description:
 
  • Acquisition on new SME debtors, maintain relationships with existing debtors.
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of SME banking customers by extending professional and customized financial and banking services, and effectively retaining quality business relationships.
  • Conduct cross selling liabilities product so that increase the number of debtors and lending volume of SME banking customers.
  • Identify and minimize credit risk, prepare thorough financial analysis, credit proposals / regular credit reviews in accordance to Bank’s guidelines and policies.
  • Achieve revenue target, funding volume, other appointed fee income (for Funding RM)
  • Achieve revenue target, loan volume (for Lending RM)
 
General Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from any major
 
Required skill(s):
  • Credit Structuring, Loan Proposal, Presentation (for Lending RM)
  • Funding and wealth product knowledge (for Funding RM)
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Full-Time position(s)
  • Placement :
           - Lending  : Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Palembang, Tasikmalaya,  Balikpapan, Banyuwangi
           - Funding  : Jakarta, Medan, Bandung, Solo, Semarang, Pontianak, Surabaya
