Administration Staff for Logistic

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Perform administrative duties (including documents distribution/collection/filling)
  • Update and compile logistics-related monthly reports
  • Handle invoice for all shipments
  • Make an administrative report in a neat and detail
  • Other related logistics duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in administrative duties and data entry
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
  • Has experience in managing forwarding agent
  • Has experience in customs clearance an advantage
  • Computer literate (MS Office and MS Outlook)
  • English communication ability is a must (oral & written)
  • Independent workers and team player
  • Has strong analytical numeric skill
