- Responsible for the purchasing, continuity of supply
- Supplier relationship management and stakeholder alignment activities for all categories and sub categories consisting of multiple business units and geographic areas
- Lead Procurement vision across divisions globally and drive synergies among divisions
- Work closely with key stakeholders in both Corporate and Division organizations to develop effective end to end strategies and execute plans and performance metrics.
- Nurture stakeholder relationships by serving as a business partner, helping identify critical business requirements and deliver best in class sourcing and procurement solutions.
- Leverage extensive market and supplier relationships to enhance margin and elevate financial performance.
- Be recognized by the industry and community as thought leaders and change agents.
- Proactively identifies new business opportunities, process improvement, cost efficiencies and innovative solutions.
- Provides insight to the business unit(s) on how to best develop and leverage Supplier capabilities for the organization(s).
- Primary point of contact for overall category needs. Responsible for prioritizing demand globally across the category.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or a technical field
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years in a professional procurement function with a focus on FMCG Industry
- Applicants must be willing to work in Halim,East Jakarta.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Experience sourcing multiple marketing categories including goods and services
- Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication
- Strong relationship management experience
- Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and influence senior leadership
- Demonstrated ability to work with suppliers
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong financial and analytical skills
