DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsibility :
 
• Invoicing to client.
• Handle collection for receivables.
• Handle payment to provider.
• Input sales & purchase to Accounting system.
• Input payment and incoming fund to system.
• Weekly aging of Payables & receivables report.
• Liase with client & provider PIC.
• Understand application usage MYOB ( will be adventage ).
 
 
Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor degree any field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Have a good Microsoft excel skill.
• Fluent in English ( Oral & Written ), good personality and communication skill.
• Experienced working in Assistance Company will be adventage.
• Able to work well in a team as well as independently
• Ability to solve problem and able to work under pressure.
• Preferred people that are able to work in shifting and overtime.
