    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    • The Commercial Director create commercial plan for the company.
    • The Commercial Director overseeing product development, identifying new business opportunities, determining the optimal pricing to balance profit with customer/client satisfaction, and directing marketing operations.
    • Responsible for reaching out to new clients and advising upper management about new potential markets to explore.
    • Dealing with potential client to get contract of partnership.
    • Maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
    • Built and Maintain a good networking in all potential sector, such as Telco company, Government and Non-Government Institution, e-commerce company, etc.
    • Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
    • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
    • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for CEO
    • Assist in setting financial targets and budget and monitoring
     
    Qualification :
     
    • Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, a good negotiator, have an ability to convey complex ideas, and a good instinct for business.
    • Has an entrepreneurial mindset and great leadership skills
    • Should have experience managing large teams, excelling in sales, and have business initiatives.
    • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
    • Preferably Director /Senior Managers/ GM specializing in Commercial/Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
    • Have a good networking in Telco company, Government and Non-Government Institution, e-commerce company.
    • Required language(s): English
    • Full-Time position(s) available.
