- In charge of finding new clients as well as maintaining existing clients
- Develop the needs analysis of the client, based on their requests
- Develop the portfolio of the targeted property by conducting small research
- Provide clients with comprehensive property financial comparison
- In charge of reviewing and filling the leasing agreement
- Education minimum S1 or Master Degree from reputable universities (preferably from abroad majoring in marketing, property development and/or other relevant fields)
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales and/or marketing duties (property business will be an advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High initiative and self motivated
- A team player who has high level of responsibility and discipline
- Proficient english
