The Product Support Assistant monitors and maintains users’ experience of the application and often evaluates the users’ needs in order to provide excellent product enhancements.
- Serve as a point-of-contact to users and providing replies to comments and feedback from users.
- Analyses users’ feedbacks and comments on the applications and drawing relevant conclusions for product improvements.
- Analyses market movements for product improvements.
- Work with the technology development team in performance analysis and providing sound insights.

- Must have experience in the digital industry - and understands industry’s trends, users’ preferences and behaviours.
