    Overview
     
    The Product Support Assistant monitors and maintains users’ experience of the application and often evaluates the users’ needs in order to provide excellent product enhancements.
    Responsibility
    • Serve as a point-of-contact to users and providing replies to comments and feedback from users.
    • Analyses users’ feedbacks and comments on the applications and drawing relevant conclusions for product improvements.
    • Analyses market movements for product improvements.
    • Work with the technology development team in performance analysis and providing sound insights.

    Required Core Competencies
    • Must have experience in the digital industry - and understands industry’s trends, users’ preferences and behaviours.
    • Sharp analytical skills - the ability to exactly identify and separate between users’ needs and wants.
    • Logical problem solver
    • Ability to communicate in English - both written and spoken
