    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    Service Management Operation Leader will handle all activity related with managing of service management in INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT)/ INFORMATION SYSTEM (IS) area on operational basis within customer IT Teams and/ or external parties involved on the project services. By using methodology services (ITIL), he/ she will maintain consistency, accuracy, quality of service and result of service deliverables. It’s required for Service Management Operation Leader to identify any opportunity for cost saving or reduce inefficiency of the process, eg: resource allocations, job assignment, resource composition, service matrices, etc.
    Actively participate on performance process review, solid contributor and team player on Service Management Operation, playing solid roles and leadership amongst service team, responsible to manage end to end process, arrange and instrument resource to ensure deliverables of devices are within SLA and at minimum cost.
     
     
     
    Qualification :
    • Background S1, IT with Project Management or Service Management background
    • Having 2 years experience in : Service Management, Project Management, Service providers, End Users
    • Having experience in managing team (>5 direct report)
    • ITIL/ITSM certified
    • Proficient in English (written and conversation)
    • Having skill in Project and Service Management,Microsoft based technology, Service Operation Management
    • Technical knowledge in servers, storage, basic network and system engineering.
    • Good leadership, Teamwork, Integrity

    Pros

    • Pemerataan yang bagus dari perusahaan bagi karyawan untuk masalah bonus dan tunjangan makan siang yang sangat membantu dalam memenuhi kebutuhan gizi tubuh.
    Cons
    • Tidak ada kejelasan untuk status kepegawaian, terkesan perusahaan itu hanya memanfaatkan karyawan kontrak saja dan tidak mau memberikan hal yang seimbang.
    • Kurang mengapresiasi pada karyawan berprestasi sehingga semangat kerja karyawan tidak terpacu karena performa bagus atau tidak pun tidak akan memberikan pengaruh.
