Actively participate on performance process review, solid contributor and team player on Service Management Operation, playing solid roles and leadership amongst service team, responsible to manage end to end process, arrange and instrument resource to ensure deliverables of devices are within SLA and at minimum cost.
- Background S1, IT with Project Management or Service Management background
- Having 2 years experience in : Service Management, Project Management, Service providers, End Users
- Having experience in managing team (>5 direct report)
- ITIL/ITSM certified
- Proficient in English (written and conversation)
- Having skill in Project and Service Management,Microsoft based technology, Service Operation Management
- Technical knowledge in servers, storage, basic network and system engineering.
