Requirements :
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Technical Writer
  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar position or as software developer in .Net, SQL (integration service, analysis service, reporting service), PHP language
  • Experience in creating business process Experience in creating / updating software documentations (such as: Functional Specification Document, Entity Relationship Diagram, User Guide, Administration Guide, Datasheet, etc)
  • Experience on deliver succesful technical documentation ( FSD, TSD, LLD)
  • Has knowledge of various phases involved in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Has knowledge ETL Concept, Datawarehouse System
  • Has proficiency creating technical document in english
  • Has knowldge in financial industres or insurance
  • Have interview skill to get proper information, Self starter, proactive and able to work and deliver

Lingkungan kerja yang ada sangat kondusif, adanya remunerasi diberikan dari perusahaan untuk karyawan. Salary yang kompetitif dengan perusahaan sejenis nya.

Cons

Jenjang karir yang stagnan(mungkin karenasa statu sebagai pekerja outsourcing). Tidak ada bonus dari perusahaan (hanya ada THR). Pertahun 2015 ini gak ada outing.
