Brief description
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be selling across our product range of digital technology & innovation training courses to a corporate customer base. Converting inbound leads to sales using a consultative approach and maximising outbound sales opportunities. Working to monthly revenue and activity targets.   • Proactively establish and maintain relationships with partners and new clients Nurture generated leads into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Assisting in sales campaigns from idea to delivery, including marketing initiatives, fairs and conferences.
  • Analyze client’s educational needs and formulate a proposal
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
  • Prepare reports on monthly revenue targets Optimize sales process

Qualifications and requirements

  •  3+ years of experience in corporate sales
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets
  • Fluent in Bahasa and English
  • Proven communication & persuasion skills
  • Motivated to learn & experiment
  • Knowledge of digital technology trends is a plus
  • Experience in corporate training sales is a plus
  • Network of L&D or HR professionals or international education institutions/universities
