Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be selling across our product range of digital technology & innovation training courses to a corporate customer base. Converting inbound leads to sales using a consultative approach and maximising outbound sales opportunities. Working to monthly revenue and activity targets. - Proactively establish and maintain relationships with partners and new clients Nurture generated leads into qualified sales opportunities.
- Assisting in sales campaigns from idea to delivery, including marketing initiatives, fairs and conferences.
- Analyze client’s educational needs and formulate a proposal
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
- Prepare reports on monthly revenue targets Optimize sales process
Qualifications and requirements
- 3+ years of experience in corporate sales
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets
- Fluent in Bahasa and English
- Proven communication & persuasion skills
- Motivated to learn & experiment
- Knowledge of digital technology trends is a plus
- Experience in corporate training sales is a plus
- Network of L&D or HR professionals or international education institutions/universities
