Job Description:

  1. Administrasi surat masuk dan mendistribusikan ke masing - masing PIC
  2. Filing dokumen
  3. Membantu mengatur jadwal meeting
  4. Mengupdate data relasi / rekanan
  5. Mengelola daftar inventaris

 

Kualifikasi :

  • Bachelor degree with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Having 1 year working experiences in Administration / Secretary
  • Computer Literate (Microsoft Office Application)
  • Good administration skill
  • Have ability to work in a team and under pressure
  • Responsible, honest and discipline
