    Job summary

    Our respected client is seeking a recruitment and human resources (HR) professional with a good understanding and network within the information technology (IT) industry for the job of Senior Manager Recruiter. The job is based in Tangerang, Indonesia.

    Key job responsibilities will include:

    • Manages end-to-end recruitment program in line with the procedures
    • Select qualified job applicants or refer them to users, making hiring recommendations when appropriate
    • Identifying and collaborating with recruitment channels as well as relying on good networking to provide the best fit candidate.
    • Maintain sourcing strategy in website, job portal, social media, and campus recruitment
    • Achieve company recruitment target
    • Develops optimal understanding of each position, team work culture and environment.
    • Follow up requests of employees in each division and in each branch, and providing information to users about the candidates

    Job Requirements    

    • Degree
    • At least 3 years working in the same field, including at least 1 year handling recruitment in the E-commerce sector, specifically technical IT job positions is a MUST
    • Good knowledge of recruitment techniques and processes
    • Good knowledge in interviewing skill and assessment skills
    • Good analytical skills
    • Excellent communication in English
    • Great interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask
    • Result oriented
    • Have analysis ability
    • Dynamic, creative, tough
    • A fast learner
