- • Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring success of annual marketing, communications, and public relations plans in alignment with The Joglo’s strategic plan
• Oversee & update company website, social media communications, digital art templates, & email communications.
• Supervise and coordinate with third party creative and digital agencies
• Work with Marketing manager to deliver marketing strategies to facilitate growth.
• Oversee marketing & communications budget.
• Track and effectively measure marketing program ROI to identify conversion, opportunities to grow each target market
• Manage market & guest research, develops data driven marketing.
• Develop and maintain overall event and promotions calendar on premise and off with the Marketing Manager
• Develop relationships with key industry influencers and organizations.
• Assist in internal communication strategies.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written)
• Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
• Manage event enquiries, budget and delivery with relevant suppliers and clients
