- Retain revenue in existing customers and grow additional revenues by new customers
- Increase market shares of services and company penetration in the market
- Utilize knowledge of the clients' business to better understand clients' business issues and present value proposition
- Increase company product portfolio and manage vendor partnership development
- Lead the product development and services that increases value to customers
- Manage and track sales forecast.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationship with potential and existing clients
- Assist in budget planning to maximize business opportunities through careful allocation of resources
- Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
- With at least 3-5 years’ relevant experiences solution selling, B2B sales, preferably gained from marketing agencies
- With excellent command of both written and spoken English and Indonesian
- Self-motivated, detail-minded, with strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Good team player and be able to work under pressure
- Able to work independently, essentially a self-starter and highly motivated under minimum supervision with result oriented
