  • Retain revenue in existing customers and grow additional revenues by new customers
  • Increase market shares of services and company penetration in the market
  • Utilize knowledge of the clients' business to better understand clients' business issues and present value proposition
  • Increase company product portfolio and manage vendor partnership development
  • Lead the product development and services that increases value to customers
  • Manage and track sales forecast.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationship with potential and existing clients
  • Assist in budget planning to maximize business opportunities through careful allocation of resources
  • Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
  • With at least 3-5 years’ relevant experiences solution selling, B2B sales, preferably gained from marketing agencies
  • With excellent command of both written and spoken English and Indonesian
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded, with strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Good team player and be able to work under pressure
  • Able to work independently, essentially a self-starter and highly motivated under minimum supervision with result oriented
