Restaurant Waiter - Server
- Prepare all floor stations prior to service.
Set up dining and lounge areas for service.
- Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
- Take orders from patrons for food, beverages, or any other requests.
- Up-sell food or beverages as appropriate.
- Make sure orders are effectively transmitted and communicated to kitchen/bar staff.
- Serve food or beverages to patrons in a seamless way.
- Bring wine selections to tables with appropriate glasses, and pour the wines for customers.
- Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and immediately inform a Team Captain, Supervisor, or Manager of any problem or customer unhappiness.
- Prepare bills and collect payments from customers.
- Clean tables or counters after patrons have finished dining.
- Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, take them to kitchen/bar for cleaning.
- Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, tidying up server stations, taking out trash, or checking and cleaning bathrooms, as necessary
- Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Canggu.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
