- Manages end-to-end recruitment program in line with the procedures
- Select qualified job applicants or refer them to users, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
- Identifying and collaborating with recruitment channels as well as relying on good networking to provide the best fit candidate.
- Maintain sourcing strategy in website, job portal, social media, and campus recruitment.
- Achieve company recruitment target
- Develops optimal understanding of each position, team work culture and environment.
- Follow up requests of employees in each division and in each branch, and providing information to users about the candidates
- At least 3 years working in the same field, including at least 1 year handling recruitment in the E-commerce sector, specifically technical IT job positions is a MUST
- Good knowledge of recruitment techniques and processes
- Good knowledge in interviewing skill and assessment skills
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent communication in English
- Great interpersonal skills
