- Male, max. 38 years of age
- University graduate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Min. 2 years experiences in supervisory or managerial level, Having competency and experiences in maintenance or Electrical Motor Overhaul
- Experienced in Rewinding Workshop Motor Electric, well knowledge technical and commercial in services bussines
- Good Communication in English both oral and written, also able to read and write reports in English
- Have stamina, self-confidence, drive and determination to win
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Application
- Have good communication skills and strong personal presence
- Have a sense of urgency and able to work in a team under tight schedule
