    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    Job Descriptions = 
    • Advise and support all departments in legal aspects of their activities, to ensure that Company's current and proposed activities, policies, business practices comply with relevant laws and regulations
    • prepare, review, finalize, negotiate contract, letters, and other documents related to a variety trade and distribution, manufacturing, comemrcial, promotional, regulatory, financial and other operational matters to protect company assets and the overall organization's legal and business interest
    • support on active and / or defence litigation including ensuring proper representation bt outside counsel
    • repesent company at professional and industry association on legal and regulatory issues
    • conduct, administer and supervise cupervise corporate secretarial works
    • provide support and advice related to labour laws, industrial relations, employment contract and condition of employment
    • support compliance division
    • other projects and duties as assigned
     
    Qualifications =
    • Maximum 34 years old
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree of Law 
    • fluent in english
    • At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • having experiences as Senior Associate in a lawfirm is a MUST.
    • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services.
    • Full-Time position(s) available.
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Kawasan Industri Pulogadung.

    • Penilaian karyawan yang sangat obyektifitas dari atasan hal ini tidak adil untuk karyawan yang memang berprestasi maupun berbakat di bidangnya.
    • Perlu diadakan acara kekeluargaan guna menunjang tim kerja yang bagus dan keakraban antara karyawan sangat berasa dan bermanfaat untuk kinerja yang lebih tinggi.
