Kebersamaan dengan teman-teman terasa sangat dekat dan akrab, hubungan atasan dan bawahan juga cukup dekat, kalau ada peraturan baru sosialisasi terlebih dahulu.


Salary yang tidak banget plus work life balance yang juga tidak banget begitupula dengan jenjang karir, permasalahan ini membuat karyawan tidak ada semangat kerja.
