DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Planning, Developing and Implementing Marketing Plan to obtain optimum efficiency, Economy of Operation and Maximize Profit based on approved budget
- Directing the overall operation of the brand under its supervision in accordance with business objectives
- Developing and coordinating promotion or/and special event to increase share of market, and obtain competitive position
- Directing and coordinating with the media agency to develop advertising plan in order to enhance brand awareness, share of voice and other media opportunities to promote brand
- initiating and coordinating research in all marketing related aspects
- preparing budget annually and creating monthly report, quarterly report and forecasting
Requirements:
- High energetic, proactive, and handle multiple tasks at the same time. Able to communicate well and things ahead
- Bachelor or Master's Degree
- Experience at least 5 years in marketing functions, FMCG is prefereed
- Excellent computer literacy – Microsoft Office : Excell, Powerpoint, Word
- Strong verbal and written communication skill in English
- Strong Analytical skill and abillty to make use of the data from different sources to support businnes decision
- Capable of Handling multi-faceted task and working under pressure
