- Handling of inbound and outbound calls from insurance and corporate clients
- Assisting the clients with their needs and inquiry of our services via phone or email
- Liaise with providers on service arrangements
- Ensure the company’s services comply with terms and conditions of insurance policy or guidelines of each clients
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor degree any field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Have a good customer service skill.
- Fluent in ENGLISH ( Oral & Written ), good personality and communication skill.
- Basic JAPANESE Language ( Verbal and written )
- Experienced working in Assistance Company will be adventage
- Able to work well in a team as well as independently
- Ability to solve problem and able to work under pressure
- Preferred people that are able to work in shifting and overtime
- Exposure to the Microsoft Office suite of products including Word, Excel and Outlook
