    • To handle and record guest comments and complaints, and refer issues to manager when necessary
    • To ensure the accuracy, completeness and thoroughness of Night Audit
    • To be responsible and accountable for handling and safe keeping of cash and guest valuables
    • To manage guests’ accounts and information, and apartment availability in the system
    • Expose hospitality attitude
    • Good communication skill and pleasant personality
    • Good team players and service oriented
    • Show self-initiative
    • Able to work under pressure
    • Minimum D3 certification (preferably Hotel Management)
    • Minimum 2 years experiences in similar position
    • Good command of spoken and written English
    • Computer literacy required
    • Able to work on Public Holidays and in shift
