DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Responsible in the recruitment, employment and placement of new employees
  • Evaluate and assisting in assessment of employee performance
  • Responsible in training and development programs that enhance employee’s skills and improve their abilities to work as a team also participating in employee orientation program or other employee event
  • Updating employee database, updating applicant database
  • Manage employee’s data such as absence, job’s leave, work agreement, etc
  • Planning & controlling for general support facilities & cost efficiency in office asset management
  • Planning & budgeting for office supplies & fixed asset management
  • Deep understanding in purchasing, maintain building, maintain vehicle and procurement all work equipment
 
Requirements:
 
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law/Psychology/Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field
  • Knows and understands ISO 9001 - 2008 is a plus
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
  • Highly motivated and have a good communication skill
  • Detail, organized, good interpersonal skill and having a “Service Excellence” attitude
  • Able to work independently and as a team member
  • Proficiency in English
