IT 1st Line Support

    To be responsible for day to day user and network support in order to ensure the correct running and maintenance of the IT system by:  
    • Handling 1st line support calls on IT infrastructure related incidents
    • Checking local area networks of the organization regularly
    • Monitoring, optimizing, maintenance, proactive management, & regularly reviewing the networks
    • Managing infrastructural changes
    • Communicating and working with involved partners to resolve incidents and problems
    • Provide assistance for employee relocation
    • Telecom assistance
    • Provide basic user trainings
    • Preparing computers for use in the standard environment using group imaging solutions and standards
    • Minimum bachelor degree in computer science/information system
    • Minimum 1 year in job related experience
    • Have in-depth understanding of the various hardware components that form the network such as servers, switches, UPS, cabling, and routers 
    • Have in-depth knowledge of-and experience with active directory, e-mail systems & protocols, Citrix, security solutions awareness, desktop & printers, network printers, PBX/Telephony/mobil administration, network & telephon switches, windows desktop & server OS, network protocols and services, Microsoft office suite, & Generic application support (HR, Payroll, Bookkeeping, etc.)
    • Have service mindedness & quality awareness
    • Attention to detail & patience
    • Have Willingness to learn about new development
    • Able to work under pressure and under minimum supervision
    • Able to communicate in English & Bahasa (Spoken & Written)
