    • Banyak ilmu yang bermanfaat untuk karyawan dimana karyawan yang memiliki kemauan yang tinggi dan jiwa ekslorasi yang lumayan untuk meningkatkan kuaitasnya.
    • Perusahaan penuh dengan tantangan dan pengalaman baru sehingga sangat cocok untuk karyawan yang menyukai tantangan dan menyukai hal baru untuk bereksploarasi.
    • Bnayak kebijakan manajemen yang kurang tepat sehingga karyawan kadang mengalami ketidaknyamanan yang ditimbulkan oleh manajemen perusahaan tersebut yang tidak cocok dan sesuai.
    • Lingkungan yang kurang kondusif diantara divisi yang satu dengan divisi yang lain sehingga sangat sulit untuk berinteraksi dengan yang lain.
