    Key Role Objectives:
    • Develop Talent Management model and roll out the application to increase organization capability
    • Initiate values program and all associated processes to craft High Performing culture and identity
    • Design learning channels, deliver learning programs, and jointly design Company Talent academy to establish sustainable learning organization
    • Implement management leadership development program to grow Company leaders
    • Conduct job analysis and design career ladder to support the development of career management and succession plan
    • Monitor and assist internal clients in annual performance review, employee engagement and talent review processes
    • Competency development & maintain Giving recommendation to make organization more effective
    • Talent acquisition, Talent development, Organization reviewing and giving recommendation
    • Talent acquisition plan & execution and Organization structure review
    • Talent Development monitoring, Management Leadership Development Program on Place
    • Compliance on company policy in executing HR activities, i.e. Recruitment Procedure
    • Competency development Reviewing & Recommendation for organization chart more effective and efficient
    Qualifications :
    • Bachelor in HR / Management
    • Experience in HR matters Minimum experiences 7 – 10 years
    • Familiar with safety, environment and quality management system
    • Excellence communication skill
    • Passion in dealing with people
