DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Accomplishes human resource strategies by determining accountabilities; communicating and enforcing values, policies and procedures, selection, orientation, training, coaching, counseling, disciplinary an communication programs
  • Develops accounting organizational strategies by contributing accounting and financial information, analysis and recommendation to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives
  • Establishes accounting operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurement, determining productivity, quality and customer – service strategies; designing systems, accumulating resources, resolving problems and implementing change
  • Provides financial projections by coordinating budget/forecast preparation; collecting, analyzing and consolidating financial information; advising departments on the collection and analysis data
  • Maintains sufficient funds by forecasting cash requirements and obligations
  • Minimizes legally required taxes by studying regulations; presenting tax strategies to management
  • Minimizes inventory investment by analyzing turns; recommending inventory levels and reorder points
 
Requirements :
 
  • Age maximum age 40 years old
  • Candidate must hold a Bachelor Degree in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00
  • A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Strong experience in financial statement analysis and developing accounting system to support the growth of company’s business needs
  • Excellent understanding Indonesia tax law and standard accounting procedures
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Self motivated individuals to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
  • Ability to handle multitasks and stay organized, work under pressure and meet deadlines requires
  • Attentions to details
  • Strong leadership and management skills
