Reporting to Head of Sourcing team, Sourcing Analyst will be responsible:
- Source, select, and purchase appropriate merchandise in a required time frame.
- Working with a buying plan, to ensure maximization of sales and inventory control.
- Create merchandising strategies that is in line with product performances and profit and minimize order loss.
- Conducting periodical reviews to include missed opportunities and further potential successes.
In order to succeed with the role, you should ideally have:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field
- Required skill(s): purchasing and inventory control, inventory and stock management, logistic
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Good computer skills (Ms Office, internet browser and data entry)
- Good numerical, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive and strong work ethic
